Introduction

Mal Pais, located on the Nicoya Peninsula (North Pacific) is still fairly untouched by big commercialism and dense populations, and we consider it a rising star in real estate. Gold beaches and lush jungle make this, like many other places in Costa Rica, a paradise. It's a very small community but it is growing.
