This house sits beachfront, I am talking right on the beach in Playa Grande in between the two best breaks on the beach. You have one break 200 yards the left and the other is 150 yards to the right. Directly in front of the house there are no rocks which make it great for body surfing and swimming. The house sleeps nine people and consist of three bedrooms: Room One - a/c, master bedroom with king size bed with private bath. Room Two - a/c, master bedroom with two double size beds with private bath. Room Three - Large, open loft with ceiling fan with one double bed and one single bed with private bath. The Kitchen is large, fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, blender(all new appliances), wine/beer/shot glasses, expansive counter space, etc. Dining Area - 20 ft. ceilings with ceiling fans throughout; 30 ft. beachfront covered patio; Covered parking up to four cars.
