The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with stainless appliances and the bathrooms feature Hansgrohe fixtures and ceiling-mounted rain showers. Most importantly, all bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. As an alternative, ceiling fans are mounted throughout the house.

Sandy Lane Estate is located within walking distance of the five-star Flor Blanca resort and the village's numerous restaurants and shops. The estate is staffed with a full-time groundskeeper. Daily maid and on-call concierge service is provided. A private gourmet chef is available upon request. On-site childcare can easily be arranged.
